1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong product

You must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images or video).

We will offer:

  • Free replacement OR
  • Full refund

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you regarding the return process

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via digital transfer (Bank / EasyPaisa / JazzCash)
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

6. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost will be paid by:
    • Customer (if change of mind)
    • Us (if wrong or damaged product)

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
