1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products (not caused by us)
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a:
- Damaged item
- Wrong product
You must report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images or video).
We will offer:
- Free replacement OR
- Full refund
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share order details and reason for return
- Our team will guide you regarding the return process
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via digital transfer (Bank / EasyPaisa / JazzCash)
- Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
6. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost will be paid by:
- Customer (if change of mind)
- Us (if wrong or damaged product)
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
